How to keep your legs strong at home

Staying indoors and practicing social distancing due to the Coronavirus may have negative consequences on our health and fitness. Extended periods of inactivity, anxiety, and even reduced exposure to the sun's Vitamin D producing rays can increase our health risks considerably.

But it doesn't have to be that way!

Here's an easy to do 20-minute daily leg workout designed by our online fitness professionals.

Are you ready?

Instructions:

  • Perform each exercise for 45 seconds and rest 15 seconds in between.
  • Repeat the 4 sets of the entire routine.
  • Perform to your favorite music playlist.
  • Keep a bottle of water for sips to keep hydrated as needed.
  • Perform early morning or midday.
